The work nobody in your agency wants to do.
Certificates. Renewal prep. Quote follow-up. Change requests. Commission reconciliation. We find what can run without a person in your office, and show you exactly how.
The audit
$999
A 30-minute call where I ask how your office actually runs. Three business days later you get a written report: the top three things to automate with AI, the specific tools, what each one costs, how long setup takes, and hours saved per week.
Plus a four-day plan to get the quick wins live. About ten minutes a day.
I don’t resell software and I don’t take commissions from any vendor. If the fix is something you already pay for and aren’t using, the report will say so.
No invoice until the report is in your hands.
The guarantee
If I don’t find you five hours a week, you don’t pay.
The audit should pay for itself. If it doesn’t, it shouldn’t cost you anything.
What’s in the report
Financial impact. Your numbers, not industry benchmarks. What the manual work is actually costing you in hours and dollars.
What we found. The three to five workflows eating your week, described in your language.
Effort vs. impact. What’s worth doing first and what can wait.
Recommended solutions, ranked. Tool, why it fits your agency, complexity, monthly cost, setup time, hours saved.
The four-day plan. Ten minutes a day to get the quick wins running.
What comes after. The bigger projects worth doing once the easy wins are live.
On the review call I’ll walk you through the first quick win live, screen shared, start to finish. If you’d rather I set all of it up and train your team, that’s a separate scope and I’ll quote it.
Where the hours go
Every agency I talk to has three or four of these. Most owners have never been shown what’s possible now.
- Certificates of insurance
- Commercial clients need them same-day. Someone stops what they’re doing, pulls up the system, generates, emails, files. Every time.
- Renewal prep
- The 60-day scramble. Pulling loss runs, deciding what to remarket, building the conversation. Usually done the night before.
- Quote follow-up
- Quotes go out and die. Nobody has time to chase them, and the ones that go quiet are pure lost commission.
- Policy change requests
- A client emails a change. The same information gets typed into three different places before it’s done.
- Commission reconciliation
- Carrier statements arrive in a dozen formats. Somebody matches them to the book every month and chases what doesn’t line up.
Who you’re working with

I’m Chas Stoker. I’ve spent twenty years around small business owners, nine of them running my own company here in DFW.
Before that I spent six years working with city councils and chambers of commerce across 23 states on keeping local businesses alive. Same conversation in every room: the owners knew exactly what would move their business forward and couldn’t get to it, because the week was already gone to billing and follow-up and chasing people.
Later I got a look at how Fortune 500 companies handle the same problems. Same problems, just with a budget. They pay a consultant six figures and wait a year.
AI is the first thing I’ve seen that closes that gap. What was enterprise-only two years ago is something I can set up for an agency in a week. I build it, install it in your office, and train your team on it. You don’t have to become an AI person to get the benefit.
Your data
I don’t put client data into these tools. The audit is about workflow and drafting: the work your team does around the policy, not the policy record itself.
Anything that would touch customer information gets checked against your carrier agreements and your E&O before it goes anywhere. If something isn’t safe to do, I’ll tell you not to do it.
Thirty minutes. Then a report. Then you decide.
